Ltd. was established aiming at Japan China Development by voluntary Chinese students formerly studied in Japan and sponsored by Chinese government, with the cooperation of the Japanese investors in 1993. Our principle is that to promote Japanese-Chinese economy and technology exchanges through our business, and to contribute to economic development and friendly relationship of both countries. For 15 years, JCD has been continued pursuing the idea and made our company developed significantly.

    Since the reform and opening to the outside world of China in 1980, Chinese economy is developing rapidly in manufacture field. As a result, China became the World Factory with a big amount favorable balance of trade. After entry into WTO in 2002, the import and export trade increase flexibility substantially, and China became the second big global trade country next to USA in 2007, and in the near future, China will be the biggest one in the world.

At the same time, JCD have made a cooperation bridge for strategy investors of USA and Japan with the domestic companies such as Legend Silicon that invented Chinese digital ground-wave standard DMB-T's system fundamental technology with predominant mobility performance.
